Unable to get Chroma class item from faction items (13 chroma faction packages opened). Combined with the inability to use Y3 faction class items (even after 3 months of being aware of the issue) means quest is impossible to complete right now. And like many have said, student of history achievement still not unlocked (all 3 characters have all 8 artifacts attuned)
