Memory of felwinter self res glitch
This isnt me playing in the game, i saw this and want to draw attention to it. but this just isnt ok. Not only is that no animation just not fair they lost the whole trials match because of that b.s. it really needs to be fixed. I under stand that the self res animation is way to slow but the ability to instantly pop up and one shoot some one isnt very fair
Edit: so every one is clear even though i mentioned it already, [b][u]im not the one playing[/u][/b] in the video!!
Edit 2: for all these salty ass warlocks, (pardon my french)and other freaking out about "this is how self res should be!!!" That's not the point of this post!! I'm just trying to out a [b][i]glitch[/i][/b] that should be looked at. I'm not opposed to it becoming an actual perk with some minor adjustments but right now it needs to be fixed
Edit three: IM NOT THE PERSON PLAYING IN THE VIDEO!!!! Im not whining for a sunsinger nerf. Im not raging about some stupid "op" gun. All im doing is showing a glitch that shouldnt be in the game!!! So stop assuming im trying to make warlocks suck!!!! So stop crying that sunsinger sucks and realize this is a game breaking glitch that needs to be fixed. Smh

12 RepliesThat's [i]quite[/i] the exploit. The sooner this is patched out, the better. I don't understand Bungie's logic, though. They've closed off Iron Banner and Trials completely in the past to patch an exploit with Elulim's Frenzy + Clown Cartridge. This is arguably [i]worse,[/i] and nothing.

3 RepliesI am a Warlock main and I really hate that glitch. It made a Trials match very unplayable when all 3 players on the opposing team used it. It should be something Bungie looks at.

It does need to be patched. I'm fine with how quick the animation is but at least make a sound. All other supers make sound, notifying you of there super. So yeah

6 RepliesWow, somehow your post managed to bring all the trolls out of hiding. Congrats! The number of idiotic "this doesn't give any advantage" posts I've seen in the comments would be surprising if we weren't on Bnet. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. It's not a big enough deal to ban or shut down anything over, but it's a glitch that gives the player an unfair advantage so it needs some attention from the devs.

As a Warlock main since beta I will kindly ask that you no longer proceed to attempt to tell Warlock mains how to use their class when you yourself have 2 hunters, 2 years ago I would have agreed with you that self res was a backup ability but since you salty hunters got literally everything else the sunsingers have nerfed. No self res truly is the ONLY thing Sunsingers have in crucible. Also what do you mean one shot? We have ONE single melee charge that we can use once, honestly it's completely fair that warlocks should be able to go straight to moving, they should actually have an explosion when they do self res killing all around them if they can't instant move. All said, in the future please refrain from telling other classes what they are built for when you yourself do not often use said classes Sincerely, A Warlock

3 RepliesNo problem with it. Sunsingers suck. If you are the scrub standing over him with a shotgun and die, you are the scrub. You could have stood back and out played him easily. He doesn't even get any of the super benefit for god sake. People need to stop complaining over every little thing when they die. You should have been happy to see a Sunsinger in trials regardless of some dumb artifact benefit. That was him being smart.

5 RepliesSo its a glitch were they pop up instantly. However they dont have the ability to one shot melee nor are they bullet sponges. If anything, it sounds like people are blaming this glitch instead of their incompetence. I love it when people use this glitch tbh.

3 RepliesYou do realize that yes it takes the animation away, but it also takes the over shield away as well. Easy shotgun kill or a team shot kill. If you didn't pay attention to the self res warlock, that's your fault, not the game mechanics.
