I've seen several posts like yours. Everyone I have checked is on xbox. It could be coincidence, but I'm on ps4, and I have not had this issue.

Me too on Xbox one
-
If the Xbox one is like the PlayStation, the consoles that came out early are a little bit different than the ones that were produced later. To clear the cache on the early consoles, not only did you have to unplug the power cord, but you had to press the power button. Even though the power cord was unplugged, the system would "beep", so I assume there must have been some power stored somewhere within the system. I wonder if anyone has tried this on Xbox one. It's worth a try.

Ok, so you've come into this thread, ignored what I've written, said this and also replied to someone else posting the same link up in this thread. Stop. You are not helping.
-
Actually they are. They've mentioned something you never did or possibly even considered. If there's a trend where it's mainly xbox users, then it's not just a general issue. There's something not being registered between xbox servers, destiny, your connection and game host.

Edited by xMax: 12/3/2016 1:53:45 AMRead my post, then reply. In fact, no, read the whole thread, then reply. As I imagine you won't be bothered to, the cache us cleared by a full power down of the console, so turning it off at the plug for a minimum of 10hrs (overnight) will do this. Also, my console is not on quick start, so every single time it is turned off, the cache is cleared. So, thanks for wasting my time.
Wait so you want people to read your thread when you are bothering to actually read some of the replies?
I think you missed out a "not", or are you looking to make the point that I am paying attention? I read and replied to everything on here, even your pointless posts. Where did you say about the cache? It's the post you replied to, if you wanted to make a separate point, you failed. So, you are here offering no suggestions of your own, or even at all if, in your first post, you weren't even referring to the one you were replying to anyway... You're only here to antagonise. Thanks for you're "help". You've done enough.
-
Uh no it's not in the post I replied to. You mentioned the cache. Except there were two things in the initial comment made by another user. You only ever touched one of those things and that was the cache. I touched on the other thing they mentioned. Lol "antagonizing" you ok then. Have fun since it's real obvious you won't acknowledge anything unless it involves caches and power cycling.

Quote the post that you are referring to and I will quote the corresponding reply for you. If the point you are making is that there is a specific issue between Xbox and Bungie then... What? Well, I guess your first point of call would be here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=12915 (I've pointed out a number of times that I've been through this and everything is set correctly) Or... Or it's just Xbox and Bungie, so you're.. suggesting I buy a PS4 instead? So please, do go on and I'll reply in the morning...

Do yourself a favor and make the switch to ps4. You can thank me later. I can remember one instance of a fireteam member being returned to orbit, however he was constantly red bar plagued by poor connection issues so that was quite common for him
-
Yeah no. No point in linking what everyone else already has. If anything, I'd day see if there's any other commonalities between everyone having this issue like region, isp, that sorta thing. If you want to buy a ps4, that's on you.
