In my opinion, the time it takes to cock the gun after a shot should be reduced, so the player does not need to know how to reload cancel in order for the weapon to be viable. Also, in my experience of using the gun, I should be hitting shots that I would never have hit on a Stillpiercer or Devil's Dawn. The recoil needs to be changed to make it feel like other snipers. Other than that, everything is fine with it. To answer your question though, No Land Beyond is only good in the hands of someone who has spent time trying to learn the in's and out's of the weapon. Like the old saying goes, "One man's trash is another man's treasure."

It takes skill practice and patience to be effective with that weapon hats off to anyone who has mastered it

NLB is the easiest sniper to use in Destiny because nice scope and only vertical recoil also reload glitch can be mastered in like 2 days just my opinion
