The clown horn isn't in the kiosk. The S10V sparrow (the red one you could get with a promotional code) is not in the kiosk even if you did not have it anymore when the kiosks where released. The basic sparrow is not obtainable unless you delete a character. The sign of unity is unavailable for a lot of player that where actually eligible for it.
