Looking at the results you will see states with percentages such as 47% to 46.2% of the state voting for that candidate. In a "winner take all" state that means, the losing candidate's voters choice doesn't matter. That can often times be a million votes who don't matter due to "winner take all" So that really doesn't help your argument any.

I do not follow what the hell you are trying to say. Sounds like you are saying "your vote doesn't matter" to both Popular Vote and EC. This is why the EC is needed and should remain as it is.
