Overwatch random FPS drops (Solved)

MY SOLUTION (MAY NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE) If you are experiencing FPS loss and see no correlation in game to VRAM usage, visual fidelity settings, GPU or CPU overheat and have Windows 10: 1. Open up Task Manager 2. Check RAM/CPU/Disk usage 3. If you are getting high data draw percentage from any of these, check the programs being run and total up the data being used. 4.If the data draw is less than what you have installed hardware wise and the percentage used is unrealistically high compared to your actual total, then it's Windows 10 and you need to fix the issues. 5. Simply Google "Windows 10 RAM/CPU/Disk high percentage task manager" which ever column may be the issue and there should be several different sites that can help you solve your problem. *This can/does require system maintenance using the command prompt, system settings and can be a little bit difficult to do, but the many tutorials I found were easy to follow and simple to perform.* ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- With the most recent Overwatch patch I decided to get back into the game and play around a bit. But for some reason as soon as the newest build hit, I've been experiencing frequent random FPS drops going from around 150fps and dropping to 1-10fps from about 1 to 5 seconds at a time. It gets even worse at the end of matches when the game just bogs down and fails to even load the POTG sequence. It is only FPS as well as sound continues to play and Overwatch seems to be the only game affected. System Stats: Windows 10 Pro 64bit Intel i5-4690 3.50 GHz 8gb RAM DDR3 - 1866 (2x4) MSI GTX 960 2gb MSI Z97 Gaming 3 ATX LGA1150 MB My game can run at ultra settings with no issue, but I choose to run it at medium to high settings to avoid any possible issues. -I've already ruled out CPU overheating and GPU overheating as both temps stay around the 55c - 60c range and never exceeds 65c. -antiVirus software run, problem programs removed, no improvement -vsync turned on, no improvement -cleaned PC, no improvement -optimized game settings through Nvidia GeForce Experience (worst idea ever) issues worsened, reverted to original settings, no improvement -installed new drivers, no improvement If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
