Hi everyone, it feels good to be posting stories again. Hopefully some of you will remember me I wrote the series fireteam Helio, I missed writing you all stories, but now I'm back to write some more. Also I will be continueing Fireteam Helio. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ It started with with me and my company, running, running from the Fallen and Hive who had been on our tail for months, they were relentless with their search for me and the survivors of the collapse. This is where i meet a friend, who will always be rememberd, but more on him in a second, i need to tell of how I met him. We had been heading for shelter when we were ambushed by the Hive, We were in a warehouse locked inside, we thought that would help, oh, but how freakin wrong we were, we had found the lights starting to dim around us, and a green glow and barnacles were in in the room. “Kate, what do we do.” asked Haley in a worried tone. “We must hide, it looks to be Thrall.” said Kate “ Great that means their majors can’t be far, we’re dead we might as well go to them with open arms.” said Arnold throwing his arms in the air for emphasis “Shut up, Arnold” snapped Kate In a nervous tone looking around making sure there was no Thrall Growling and screaming ripped the air. Kate thought it sounded like someone being attacked by the Hive, Thrall. “ We have to go” said Haley “We should go help them” said Kaley nervously. “Kate’s right, we should go” said Arnold in a angry tone “Never mind, let’s go help that screaming person. If Arnold agrees with me I’m gone.” said an angry Kate. “Come on we will die if we go after them”.“Who put you in charge you little Awoken” spat Arnold “ I’m gonna murder you!!” screamed Kate annoyed huffing and growling. More screaming and chattering of teeth echoed in the room. “We have to go, it’s either live another day or die running at those thrall!!!!!” Kate starts to grab her little revolver pistol and her steel and carbon mix knife, “bye, everyone, see you on the other side, and with that, she ran to the screeching of the Darkness. Running she saw stopped behind a column in the Jovian Complex the numerous Hive all circled around a human male, he had a reddish hair and freckles splashed around his face, looked about 23 his right leg was bent at a bad angle, him and his clothes looked torn and filthy. looking to her right she noticed a satchel, as she went to look at it she heard the man speak in a nervous tone. “ Hey guys, we are all friends here right?*gulp*, hehe.” he said hands in the air “look I ain’t that tasty, sure i’m a human and in the old movies monsters love human flesh but, um, ya, i'm not helping my situation aren't I” he questioned in fear, while the Hive thrall were watching him interested, and then the knight grabbed him by his head and forcing him to the ground. Then he started screaming "Help! Help! "Then as the cleaver was being raised as for the knight was to miss the killing blow. “now’s my chance” she wispered sneaking on the knight and shot the knight in the head until it became dust and bones. “run!”Kate yelled covering the man while he ran behind her, still shooting the thrall. “Die, scum!” __________________________________________________________________ after the thrall were dust, looking at the man " Wheres your friends?" asked the man, " How do you know I have friends?" asked Kate. " saw you and some people about a week ago, but we were trying to escape those Hive so we ran" but I recognized you when you came to save me" “So whats your name?” asked Kate “It’s Damien, madam” he said smiling weakly, " If you do not mind I can;t move but, will you stay here with me? son that I can heal alone?" he asked " and what is your name?" asked Damien. "okay, it is Kate" “Kate, oh, that's a nice name” He said in a cheery voice and putting his hands behind his head. Kate decided to ask Damien what happened to your group?, “well, I had a group I was with but they abandoned me when I was sleeping, took most of my things, all I have is a sleeping bag and a little food and a pocket knife.” he said, a little anger could be seen on his face, he clenched his fists. “We will be alright okay,” Kate reasured him (distant roar) “Fallen!”, yelled Damien grabbing Kate and started scooting and pulling her under some stair cases inside a dark room, “Sssshhhhhh” he whispered And then the fallen arrived.
