Recently, after the 2.0.0.4 hotfix, I was required to accept the Destiny license agreement in-game. Did anyone else have to do this? The license agreement was dated August 14, 2014. It felt odd to be prompted to accept the agreement that hasn't been updated for over a year. Especially, after recent heated discussion regarding Xbox 360 owners not being able to access The Taken King on other accounts on the same console. A few smart folks shared a workaround of signing-in with the primary account, then signing-in and launching Destiny with the second account. This worked out nicely. Question: Does this workaround violate Step 5) under License Conditions of Bungie's Destiny license agreement which states: This license is subject to the following limitations ("License Limitations"). Any use of the Program in violation of the License Limitations will result in an immediate termination of your license, and continued use of the Program will be an infringement of Bungie’s copyrights in and to the Program. You agree that you will not do, or allow, any of the following: ... (5) use the Program in a network, multi-user arrangement, or remote access arrangement, including any online use except as included in the Program functionality; ...with emphasis on the multi-user part?
