Perfected subclasses idea

Do you guys think that a "Perfected" subclass would be cool? Because I do. I have some ideas about the abilities and perks that would come with a SIVA/Perfected Subclass. I will only go over the melee, grenades, and supers. The subclasses that I will go over, are Defender, Gunslinger, and Sunsinger. Lets go over Perfected subclasses. My idea of a perfected subclass is one of the vanilla subclasses, but "Perfected". Now, I don't mean a better, improved version of a vanilla subclass, but a vanilla subclass that still has its core properties, but some things are changed and SIVA affected. [b]Titan[/b] Defender: Starting off with the super, the Ward of Dawn is now red, the duration is much shorter, is named Perfected ward of dawn, and is way smaller and moves with you, like the one in this video: [url]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_OGB58tlcI[/url] (Thanks to noblewarrior99 for pointing that out.) The Ward of Dawns perks will not be AoL, BoL, and WoL, but it will be these: -SIVA Exposure All allied guardians in the fireteam will gain an agility buff for 5 seconds upon activation of Perfected Ward of Dawn (PWoD). -SIVA Swarm A Swarm of SIVA mites surround your PWoD. -Controlled SIVA Upon activation, the PWoD will instantly teleport around the guardian who is down to critical health on your fireteam, but the PWoD's duration is shorter. If everyone on the fireteam has exceptional health, the PWoD will not teleport to someone else on the fireteam. Grenades -Swarm grenade You throw a SIVA cluster which explodes into a SIVA swarm for a short amount of time. -SIVA Bomb A SIVA bomb that causes a large explosion -Seeker Grenade A SIVA Grenade that seeks enemies once you throw it. The grenade explodes on impact. Melee & Melee perks Base Melee: SIVA Force. You deliver a powerful punch that is enhance by SIVA Perks -SIVA Enhanced Gives SIVA Force a greater distance. -Speed of SIVA After using SIVA Force, You can instantaneously melee again. -Replication After using SIVA Force, there is a chance that you will gain it again. Jumps -Increased Height -Increased Directional Control -Blink (yay!) [b]Hunter[/b] Gunslinger The super is not golden gun, nor is it similar, but it is called SIVA Replica. SIVA Replica will replicate your currently equipped weapons in your second hand, kind of like dual-wielding. It will also double your ammo reserve for your equipped weapons. If you swap weapons, it will just change weapons for both hands. Also, the replicated gun will be SIVA-fied, no matter what gun it is. Super Perks: -The Programmer's Favor Upon activation of SIVA Replica, you gain a substantial fire rate boost for the duration of SIVA Replica. -The Programmer's Improvements You gain almost maximum stability and accuracy while SIVA Replica is active. -The Code of Perfection You gain a bit extra stability, accuracy, and fire rate while SIVA Replica is active. Also, you gain explosive rounds too :). Grenades -Teleporter grenade You throw a quite heavy grenade that travels a small distance, and when it makes contact with something, you will teleport to its destination, causing a really small explosion as you appear. -Pulse grenade Your typical pulse grenade, but reskinned as a red pulse grenade -Trap Grenade This grenade has a detection radius around it. If an enemy enters the radius, the grenade will explode and highlight the victim for 2 seconds. Melee & Melee Perks Base Melee: Bolt Knife. Your throwing knife travels faster, is red with SIVA, and looks like a laser darting through the air. Perks -It's all in the arm If your Bolt Knife does not kill it's target, it has a chance to penetrate it, turn around, and hit the target again. Like that one ahri ability from League of Legends. -It's all in the knife Your Bolt Knife gains a chance to track enemies. -It's all in SIVA If you kill an enemy with bolt knife, a SIVA swarm will appear around their body. The swarm lasts 30 seconds. Jumps -Higher Jump -More Control -SIVA Jump: You can travel like a reaper in the air for 2 seconds with the power of SIVA. [b]best for last lol[/b] The warlock. Sunsinger The super is changed so that it sucks without perks. You don't regen grenade and melee faster, but you just have extra armor. That may sound like it sucks, but the perks around it are cool af. The super is called "Perfection" by the way. Super Perks: -The Sign of Perfection You leave a trail of fire and SIVA mites as you move around in Perfection. -SIVA's Mig- ah forget that name, call it "I HAVE WINGS AND A FRICKEN' SWORD!" Did I mention that while in Perfection you have BIGGER FIRE WINGS (Because that looks cool)? Well now, alongside your guns, you get a FRICKEN' FIERY GREATSWORD BRO! You cannot throw it though, it can only melee. -The mobility of Perfection. You can fly with your fire wings while in Perfection. But you loose the greatsword, so that sucks. The flying does have a cooldown. If you fly for more than 10 seconds straight, then you have to wait 3 seconds to recover. Also, the flying is not a typical warlock jump, but extended. It is full-on flying. Grenades -SIVA's light You throw a grenade that lets off a bright glare, which disables enemies to see in the direction that your SIVA light grenade is in. -SIVA Ball You can throw a movable SIVA ball that lets out a fierce explosion when shot. You can play soccer with this too, so thats cool. -Leech Grenade You throw a sticky grenade that leeches health off enemies when stuck. If the grenade is not stuck to an enemy, you have officially wasted your grenade, and have to wait to regen it. lol Melee & Melee Perks Base Melee: SIVA Release. Instead of forcing energy out of your hand, you release a bunch of lethal SIVA mites. Perks -Mind of their own SIVA Release will seek an enemy that is in VERY close range of you. -The Fatiguing SIVA Release will slow an enemy for two seconds -Soul-Stealer If you deliver a killing blow with SIVA Release, you will gain quick health regen for 3 seconds Jumps -Perfected Control -Fused Burst -Dash (You do a brief dash through the air with your fire wings) Okay, that was it!   • Siva doesn't augment our light dear this can't work. And every time a new DLC dropped enemy themed powers come up. Last year was taken subclasses. It can't happen and won't happen dears

          I love it! Only thing that needs a change is the final perk on PWoD. Players are almost always taking damage in this game. When you [i]think[/i] someone has the least health at one point, it may be that someone you can't see has even less health. What if the perk just allowed you to throw your Ward of Dawn from far away?

                  Give my Gunslinger: Titan Skating movement Warlock life steal melee ability in place of throwing knife. Golden gun gives you increased armor while in super. That's all I ask for....

                  • Tbf it would of been kinda cool if at the end of the raid we would of collected some sore of Siva item to start a new subclass. Or end of the story but needed to finish the raid and new strikes to unlock new parts of the subclass.

                    • Personally, I don't think these work with lore or game play as it stands. Lorewise: We cannot get infected by SIVA. Our Light prevents it. For the people saying, "oh but the Iron Lords in the clip", their armor and weapons were infected, but they were not. Plus, there is no source lorewise of SIVA. We destroyed the replication chamber and Aksis, literally leaving no SIVA producers left besides what is in Outbreak, but that is purified and no longer infectious, according to Shiro. Furthermore, with the subclasses individually, a Titan cannot have blink. Shoulder charge is their blink, they are too large to teleport, but by attempting, they just dash forwards in a similar manner and with greater velocity. Gameplay: Some of your intervals are just ridiculous. 30 seconds for a SIVA Swarm? Aksis's are less than half that time. In PvP that would be utterly ridiculous because you would have your melee up before the swarm even runs out. As for the rest of the hunter, the super is literally pointless for snipers, scouts, hand cannons, fusions, anything that needs to be moderately accurate to be effective. From an aesthetics standpoint, how would you reload? How would you fan fire? Overall, the super is rather pointless, because hip fire in this game is extremely inaccurate for the majority of weapons. Also, what is the point of a grenade that only travels a short distance being a teleporter. Yay I teleported, but I could have been there already if I just ran... Continuing to the Warlock, the first and second perks are absolutely useless. Who cares if I can leave a trail of fire and a swarm of mites if I can just get sniper out of it as easily as if I were not in super. And yay I have a sword, but without some sort of mobility improvement , that's entirely useless to me. Yay I get access to a variant of what is arguably the most useless heavy weapon class in the game. Meanwhile, the third perk is entirely OP. In raids you could fly straight through jump puzzles, not to mention fly over the crack in siege engine before the plate is smashed, or fly way off map in PvP, like the new Frontier glitch spot, and be literally invincible. Also, the game isnt built fir flight, so the amount of bugs, glitches and exploits Bungie would have to account for means that this change would never occur in an existing game world. This game was designed with a certain soft ceiling, and if we suddenly could totally bypass that, who knows what glitches and such will occur. The SIVA'S light grenade would also be fairly game breaking, because imagine if you are pinned in behind cover somewhere, you could throw it up, and every player that it even barely crosses the corner of their screen is blind? The only way I see to balance this would be for it to have a limited radius, only blind those who look at it directly, and/or those who see it through their weapon scope. Finally the Titan. The super seems overall lackluster. If the bubble moves with you, then you have just made yourself obsolete from an offensive standpoint. Thus, the only point of this super is either running away or a last Stand type thing, but either way, you have essentially just put yourself in a ceasefire for however long it lasts. As for the perks, they also seem overall lackluster, and the final one seems to me to be a 100% negative. I can see the use of it, but I can also see that 9 times out of 10 I am popping a super for my own use, and I don't want it to be that I need it, but one of my teammates just took damage, do it goes to him instead. Maybe if pressing the super button again transferred it, but as an automatic use, it seems to detract greatly. And then, as far as the melee goes, the instant use perk is overpowered. With that, you would win any melee battle, regardless of who has better positioning, first hit, etc. An instant melee would mean you can hit before a warlocks flame shield goes up, and you could land 2 punches before they could, even if they had first hit. Just my 2 cents.
