  • It completely repeals prop 215 except for one extremely small thing. And prop 215 is extremely helpful for anyone that uses medical Marijuana, being how the wording in it was. I'm for recreational Marijuana, I'm against prop 64 for screwing over a lot of medical Marijuana users

How does 64 hurt medical users?

  • If you read it, except for one small thing, it mentions nothing about not repealing, or amending 215. Meaning 64 takes over as the acting prop for this, and 215 is obsolete. If you look at the prop, it lowers the amount of Marijuana medical users can get, makes it harder for them to acquire what they need, costs a huge margin more, plus, quite a few californians that need the Marijuana do not have health insurance, which means it's impossible for them to get it
