BUG - Siva key fragments no longer dropping from wrath of the machine bosses post hotfix
This matches my personal experience - zero key fragments dropped from vosik and the siege engine this week. Fragments are still dropping from chests as usual.

No one on my fire team got any SIVA key fragments on any of the boss kills. Though we did get them from opening the 4 exotic chests and Aksis Phase-1. I think Bungie messed up the SIVA key fragments drop rate on their latest hot fix.
Update: So it seems that not everyone is getting zero SIVA key fragments from WotM boss kills. A very small portion of players are in fact getting a lot. The SIVA key fragments from the 4 exotic chests and Aksis Phase-1 are guaranteed for everyone.
Situation for the large majority of players: Most players are getting zero SIVA key fragments from all three boss kills (Vosik, Siege Machine, and Aksis Phase-2). Though, they are getting SIVA key fragments from the 4 exotic chests and Aksis Phase-1.
For a small portion of players: A very small number of players I've talked to say that they've been getting 6x SIVA key fragments from each of the three boss kills in addition to the ones from the 4 exotic chests and Aksis Phase-1.
Please confirm bungie is aware of the issue.

Same here as well. I even changed to another character for Aksis Phase 2 and still didn't get any fragments from any boss.

This needs to be patched pronto. I am missing chests because I don't have enough frags. I should have had at least 20 drop and they haven't. If the chests won't open, then why raid?

So it seems only one boss/encounter drops key fragments varying from player to player. Mine only drop from zamboni encounter after the first time 0. When this is fixed will we be compensated for chest we couldnt open due to the glitch the patch brought with it?

Why nerf the key fragments to begin with? We can only open each chest once per character per week anyways so it's not like it's something super farmable.

Yep, I am not having any key frags dropping for me. I had 8, and went back to do a boss for a chest I hadnt yet opened, and didnt get any on neither Vossik nor Seige Engine. I wont be going into the raid till this is fixed, as I have not enough keys now, and I will have to skip random chests, then come back. Not doing that.

Did hard mode last night and received zero from all bosses. 5 of the 6 in our team also did not receive any but one member received 6 from one of the bosses (engine boss). We beat aksis but missed a slam and had to redo from a cp to do try the challenge again. We were successful but zero fragments on that second aksis kill on same characters as well. Fix says we receive more but they broke it and needs a fix. Hope they acknowledge this but have not seen on Twitter yet.

I just beat Siege Machine on Heroic and I didn't get any Siva Fragments, I beat Vosik and got 6 fragments.....Fighting Aksis now, i'll update if I got any fragments or not.

I ran the raid tonight, no one on my team got key fragments from bosses. I received fragments from the chests, and Aksis phase1, but thats it. Confirmed they did not fall off the map and did not end up in the post master.

I also experienced this. 2 full raids (first for the week on both characters) and got no fragments from boss kills, only from the chests. In my fireteam both raids 2 people got no fragments, 2 people got normal amount of fragments, and 2 people got double the fragments they should have gotten from each boss kill. This bullshit needs to be fixed ASAP. I was f'd out of at least 2 extra 400 drops from not getting to open additional chests. You would think these geniuses might playtest and notice things like this before they release a patch to everyone, but it never fails. They constantly put out patches that break other things.

I just did my second run on my warlock on Heroic because we missed the challenge yesterday and none of the bosses dropped any fragments even though it was only my second run.

Same here, I did a full run of the hm raid and we finished 30 min ago but I didn't get siva keys from any of the 3 bosses. It was the first raid this week on my warlock but 3rd raid this week across all my characters. I hope you fix this soon because it's pretty annoying if you want to reroll armor for those perfect rolls.

Same - Nobody on raid team 11/8/2016 at 6pm pst got siva fragments from Vosik or Siege engine.

Yeah, there are numerous posts on reddit about this issue with many people confirming ZERO keys being dropped by bosses.

WRONG for players that play the raid over 5 times in the same week. It may be an increased rate for the first few times in a week, but this is not overall. Here is a few things I am not sure about yet. Is this limit per character or per account? Does each boss have their own separate fragment limit, or is it combined as defeating 3 bosses in 1 raid for 6 fragments in normal?
