What about them freekin legendary weapon engrams not decrypting in ROI weapons .....

Well in ROI it always has been like that. They never decrypted in ROI weapons. They dont seem to communicate about it and not many people noticing it i guess. I have read somewhere its under investigation...

It really sucks the little excitement their was out of getting a purple weapon engram.

Indeed. Game is so much better when you know you have a chance to get a godroll palindrome or whatever... but now, thats what keeps you going in chase off whatever gun ...
