This is correct. I expect the "Vault space no longer being an issue" comment was in reference to the mask kiosk they installed. Which freed up a whopping 2 slots from my armor inventory. Nobody should expect any changes to vault space (Or any fixes to existing issues that aren't completely "Game breaking") with the game on life support and 95% of their staff devoted solely to the sequel...
