I just redeemed a gift of the lost and it says the sea of tears shader is a guaranteed drop. Well, it didn't drop. It gave me three jackolytes and that is it. Really disappointing... Edit: that thing about scrapping masks you already have when rewarded with them for silver dust is bull too. No silver dust for the quest reward tiger mask that I already had from last year...
