Decrypting Exotic Problem?
My 392 Warlock is decrypting exotics at 391 light. Every exotic engram is doing it. Is this a known issue?

I burned through so many exotics because of this. I chalked it up to pre rise of iron and hard mode exotic engrams. I was 393 and 20 exotic engrams deceypted at 391
