I have played and beaten WotM every week every character since drop heroic and all. RNG has not been kind to me armor wise. However I have been looking at it and I think Bungie needs to make it to where when you dismantle weapons and armor raid specific that you get a Siva key fragment just like in VoG you got ascendant shards and Crota you got Radiant shards it seems as if it only makes sense especially if you have to use key fragments to re roll the gear.
