  • go buy a bass but prepare for 8-10 bloody fingertips lol bass strings are hard on the fingers Ibanez has a couple decent bass guitars for under 300 my advice is this spend 3-500 on a bass/guitar and don't buy some 150$ p.o.s starter kit, those instruments are trash and they stay in tune for about an hour get rocksmith take a couple actual lessons before you plug in your guitar to the game because even though it will teach you songs and chords and rhythm etc, it won't correct bad habits or teach you technical stuff like alt picking or sweep picking and trust me, from my own personal experience it's far easier to start with good habits then what I did and make a total mess of my muscle memory and have to correct it lol

  • Okay. Thanks, one of my friends has rocksmith and it's helped him a lot. I dunno if I've got the money lying around right now, but I'll think about it.
