Make Knucklehead Radar Great Again
This exotic helmet needs some serious upgrades to be relevant in year 3 and beyond.
Perk ideas:
Sensor Pack: Grants enhanced radar and remains visible while aiming all weapon types.
Grants tracking to rocket launchers.
Lonestar!: Jams enemy radar within 25 meters.
Master the Shadows: Grants enhanced Shadowjack perk to the Bladedancer subclass.
Probably somewhat overpowered but this helmet needs an upgrade. Post your perk ideas below if you have better suggestions.

I think any of those would be fine, except for the jamming one. However, I also think that having all of those would be a little ridiculous so just narrow it down to one and then it wouldn't be overpowered and definitely more viable.
