Raid Heroic Siva fragments
I want to make sure I'm not crazy.. I did the heroic and finished it. Then I jumped into another group and beat Aksis again to help them out. And I got another 3 SIVA key fragments in the end.
Are SIVA key fragments dropping in heroic regardless of how many times you did it that week?

You could farm normal if you wished still get extra each boss.

Siva fragments drop from all bosses upon killing them as many times as you do the raid.
