Plan C
Been out of the game for awhile. Just picked up Plan C from engram, is it still good in year 3?

It's alright, inconsistent and unreliable, but when it's good, it's damn good.

It's really good in my opinion. Do not use Accelerated Coils. I recommend using Field Choke/Hammer Forged or Smart Drift Control/Perfect Balance. Field Choke and Hammer Forged give you the most Range possible for the weapon and makes it really easy to hit moving targets, I use this combination when I'm playing aggressively considering the fact that you don't need too much stability at closer ranges. Smart Drift Control and Perfect Balance gives you the most consistent recoil direction and the least amount of recoil allowing for the weapon to be very accurate at longer range. I use this combination when I'm playing more passively as the high accuracy and low recoil allow you to very easily cross-map people.
