I didn't feel like playing video games. I, no hyperbole, can't remember the last time this happened. Even when I was away from my console or PC, I would still feel like playing, every day.
It's been, I dunno five years or so of gaming or wanting to game when I got home from school/daily activities. Now I'm just sitting here in my bed. What's happening? Am I dying? Should I just get on a game and see if the feeling passes?

8 RepliesWhen this happens to me, I usually either do something else (in my case, I write), or force myself to get on a game, and it's kind of a 50/50 whether it passes. In my case, the cause is usually either needing a new game, or depression. If the former, you either just need to get yourself into a game try something easy to play (like Spelunkey!) or--if you have funds--buy a new game. Doesn't need to be anything expensive, you could just buy something cheap (like Spelunkey!). It also helps if it's a game to play with friends and/or family (like Spelunkey!). Did I mention you could try Spelunkey? That's good fun. :D If the latter, you have a more serious issue on your hands. Try getting some exercise (I have to take a walk at least once a day, or I get all depressed, and tired x.x) eating better, or fixing your sleeping schedule. And even if it's fake, make sure to smile! Despite the simplicity, it really does help. ^-^
