Hell no. Bungie is at least putting effort into banning cheaters, just because everyone that is "supposedly" cheating isn't being banned doesn't mean they should get rid of the report feature all together. The team that investigates these reports probably is only a handful of people. They probably get hundreds of reports a day across four platforms. They have to go through each one. If they just have bad connection I don't believe they get a restriction for the first offense. (Law enforcement can't catch every Criminal so we should just get rid of law enforcement all together)
