FOREVER 398!! Help!!
I have 400 Ghost, 400 Artefact, 400 Class item.
Every engram is decoding at 398 (I have done 20 plus now)
Crucible drops are at 398/399 max.
Strike Hoard Chest are giving me 398/399 gear.
So how is it possible to level up? Or is it game over until next Iron banner?
(I don't Trials or Raid) Bungie said the same light mechanics from April were in action.
Well clearly not once you hit the late 390's.
Almost rage quit last night after wasting even more skeleton keys and engrams.

Hate to echo everyone here and I get your sentiment on not having to raid or trials, but the hard raid litterly rains 400 gear on you. One raid maybe two is all you would heed. If you're able to find a group I'd suggest it. The engram and strike method will get you there but with the luck you're having it'll take quite a while.
