lost silver
hey I purchased a 2200 package of silver about a month ago and have put in several tickets to absolute no avail. it's just $20 but it's money. I know nobody at your company would be happy to be robbed even for $5. I'm asking that you please fix this because I can't enjoy anything that's involved with these holiday events because everytime i purchase silver it never shows up in game. please fix this.

ps I also didn't get my emblem for at tuning all 8 artifacts.

I know it's not a solution. But I'd just contact my Credit Card company. First make sure there are no holds or items flagged for "suspicious activity" -- that's what happened in my case. But if it's all clear on their end, then I'd say request a refund for failure to deliver. CC companies are usually somewhat open to that request so long as it's not something you've made a bunch of times before.
