Sigil of the young Wolf not appearing?
I attuned all 8 artifacts and recieved no emblem. the book completed stating i recieved them all. i also got the achievement. yet when i checked my emblems in game there was not one. my inventory was not full. i also checked the emblem kiosk to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i checked the kiosk didnt find anything. still unsure why it isnt appearing.
