They don't announce the banner until the weekly update before it arrives. It's never really known when it will arrive until then. People will say we had one in October already but that's not necessarily how it works. In house of wolves, when I was keeping the best track of it, it was every 4th week. You can look back, I think it was around August that it was twice in a month just because of how the weeks fell. Events do push it off though. They won't run two at a time because that takes attention away from either one. I prefer to be able to focus on one thing anyway. I would expect it to be either right after or maybe a week between FotL. Unfortunately, that probably means it will be while I'm on vacation and won't be able to play. Was hoping to get in on it as it would likely get me close to 400. Just keep your eye on the weekly updates.
