Even if we dont get to keep our characters
Maybe we only get to keep 1
, Im dying to get my hands on a fresh destiny experience.
Edit: Do you think Bungie should keep rng as the primary reward system or should they impliment a new system?

I'm excited for it no matter what we get to keep.
-
If we can transfer our characters, I'll be happy. Cant leave my hunter behind.
-
Not over enthusiastic. If Activision was out of the picture I think Bungie would be less...shitty.
-
No. Just no.
-
I honestly want characters to carry over, my Titan has become part of me.
-
Not much, tired of the grind nonsense.
-
No because destiny has been out for three years and is still as bad as ever nobody should support this game because bungie does not care
-
Will it have an actual story? Will any questions be answered. I've played more hours in this game than any game ever. I got my money's worth. But there can be improvements. If it's another "kill because stuff happened that no one has time to explain" story. I'll probably give it up.

-
Eff no, no one in their right minds is excited for D2.
-
How can you be excited. There is literally no info on it
-
Sorry, but the way bungie has handled DLC and these glorified Eververse promotional "holiday events" I can't say I'm excited or even hopeful for Destiny 2. This is sad because I love the game, the world, and TTK actually regained my trust a little after year 1.
-
No. At this point, I'm so far from excited that it's a tiny speck on the horizon. Based on Bungie's behaviour the past year, I have lost all enthusiasm and hope for Destiny 2. It's going to be a game spoiled by micro transactions, poor servers, huge glitches that remain ignored, and little content. Essentially, it will exist to take money from your wallet for a slim shot at getting what you actually want from the game, which will be everything they heavily showcase in the coming promotional work about it... Only they won't tell you that you will have such an impossibly small chance of earning it in game that you will need to buy silver if you really want it, and then the drop rate will be so tiny that RNG will give you hell and the smart loot system is such a lie you'll get the same item you don't want 5 times over.
-
Judging from what bungie has shown is, the game is going to be complete ass and I'm better off buying ramen instead of wasting money on shitty destiny 2.

Edited by x AcClaiMz x: 10/26/2016 2:51:21 PMNope genuinely worried, RoI was 40$ for 5 missions 1 new strike, 1 raid, 4 exotic weapons (2 actually new), 4 ex armor, 4? mp maps, Archon forge. Vanilla 60$ had 20 missions, 5 strikes, 1 raid, 20? Ex weapons, 20? Ex armor, 10? Mp maps Paywalls, micro transactions, pre order exclusives, console exclusives, rampant cheating, balance issues. I really enjoy destiny, but i can still see the problems with it.
-
If they don't have dedicated servers I probably won't buy it. That's the only thing that makes me hate destiny more than life itself. Whenever I play this game thinking it's gonna be fun and then somebody lags out or mother truckers are lagging across my screen I want to rip my limbs off. Every time I play I feel like a masochist.
-
Not looking forward to endless nerfs.
-
BUNGIE is for PC, cuz they already pissed everyone else off.
-
Not if it's on PC.
-
I'm cautiously optimistic.
-
I know nobody agrees with me but i want a fresh start
-
RNG makes the game there's no denying that even in its best and worse, just watch all those reaction videos to gally! :) RNG makes gear rare and makes all the more difference than buying weapons or anything other than RNG. I can already see myself flipping my shit when I get a new op exotic from destiny 2. RNG Jesus for life

Edited by Shirtless_Captain_Kirk: 10/26/2016 10:05:52 AMIf Destiny 2 is basically a continuation of what we have now, HELL NO. Some possible changes that may bring me around are possible. Most people cover the obvious stuff, but I want to see several major issues addressed. 1. Overall repetitive EVERYTHING. The grind is stupid. It's old, worn and I'm over it. The same activities like strikes for all this time is tooooo dumb. Fix this shit. 2. PVP "tainting" PVE. Too many things FORCE you into PVP for gear. Far too many great guns suffer nerfs due to PVP. STOP. 3. PC Release. This does A LOT. Although I personally think PC is by FAR the best way to game, I prefer my couch to a desk. So I'll play on PS4 on the off chance I buys Destiny 2. I think a PC release will draw all the sweat to PC where it belongs. Nobody will consider you good on console PVP. Sweat must go to PC. Law of physics. 4. End Streamer "carries" of all kinds. I'm fine with streamers and people making a creative living from gaming. However, carry streamers for trials and raids are scum and ruin the essence of gaming. This crap is AIDS for trials and is starting to creep into the raid scene. 5. Implement trading and selling tied to real life currency. Look at CS: GO. Learn Bungie. I'm more likely to keep playing and so are others. It's a solution to your dumbass RNG hamster wheel paradigm.

Edited by EARWAK3R: 10/26/2016 5:55:13 PMLove bungie and love destiny. Im a huge fan. But if destiny 2 continues to keep all the coolest looking gear in the game locked behind an rng paywall. Then im absolutely not buying destiny 2. Buying a game, then having to pay for a 'chance' to get to wear the best armor isn't my idea of fun lol. I'll look back on destiny as one of the most fun multiplayer experiences ive ever had in gaming. But it wont be hard to find other awesome games i enjoy. Sometimes we have to vote with our wallets.

Yup, I stopped playing d1 for this reason.
