For people who help others through the raid
What are things that you look for when deciding what teams to help? What are things that annoy you? What are things that you like to see in raid teams you opt to help?
I've seen a lot of people complaining about others not willing to help, I've always been of the mindset that the person has the choice of if they want to help. My goal of this post is to get a conversation going so people who are looking for help can see what players are looking for as they decide to help others.

Majority of the time when I'm asked to help, its through friends I've made previously through LFG raids, as they know I'm consistent and have decent banter, once I helped people through Oryx after they spammed recent players looking for help, otherwise there's nothing really I look for, in fact think I've only been through LFG like 4/5 times and answered posts looking for help
