Hello, so I was told by a Bungie Employee, that the best place to come with my question is to bungie support on the forums, so I hope I am in the right spot. Over the summer my step dad called Xbox, and long story short My account got banned. He tried to get money back and he claimed I was under age which I am NOT. And they banned my account. Not banned from Destiny, Just xbox live, so no you guys (Bungie) did not ban me. I wanted to know, Is there any possibility I could get back one of the Blue Skeleton Masks from Festival of the Lost 2015. I had 4 of them (3 after I deleted one), and I would love to get it back. That is the main thing I came here to ask. If its possible to actually help and give me that item, that would be awesome. Other items that I would love to have back, is the VIP rewards from TTK, and the New Years Emblem.
