Destiny Player logic
Player A: "______ needs a nerf because [insert reason]." (Usually along the lines of" It killed me. it must be OP and needs a nerf.")
Player B: "No it doesn't because [insert more reasonable reason]."
Player A: "You don't know what you're talking about because my K/D is better than yours."
Player B: "If you're so good, then why are you complaining to make something easier for you?"
Player A: "Because it's frustrating."
Player B: "I'm sorry being competitive is so frustrating to you⸮ Heaven forbid you have to adapt more and think out of the box⸮ Being competitive should come easy for everyone⸮ Everyone deserves a medal⸮"
This has summed up just about every reason for every nerf.
Also as pointed out by iZombie5: "Hey, I just got killed by (insert weapon/subclass/ability here). It needs a nerf. I was thinking we should remove every good quality from (insert). But don't worry, I'm not just raging! I'll give it a slight buff of (insert useless attribute here)!

Also, by the logic of your post, any response to a nerf post, no matter the reason, is automatically a "more reasonable reason"? Listen, I agree there's too many of those posts and a lot of them are misguided, but to say "This has summed up just about every reason for every nerf" is just not accurate...like at all...

3 RepliesSo a player with a 0.5 kd in crucible should talk about pvp weapon balance vs a guy with a 3.0 kd in crucible? Clearly one has more experience in getting kills without dying. If a top ranked player tells me something -I tend to listen very carefully ;o)
