Precedence has been set with Emotes. Emotes are a cosmetic item which is primarily bought/paid for by the player/consumer, but has also been give as a reward. Once this item has been obtained, it can be found/bought again using a kiosk. Ornaments are a cosmetic item which is primarily bought/paid for by the player/consumer, but has also been give as a reward. This item however has no ability to be recovered, and if dismantled must be found again. I'd like to request an Ornament Kiosk be created for guardians to regain accidentally lost/dismantled Ornaments. Ornaments from this Kiosk WOULD NOT dismantle into Silver Dust, preserving that economy for the seller/Bungie/Activison. Again, A precedence was set with Emotes and I firmly believe Ornaments should follow suit.
