Edit: that 10% damage buff is needed so many times I'm left with someone with a sliver of health then I need to draw my gun that takes to long when fighting good players by then they already have their gun pointed at your head ready to fire. Here are the requirements for a throwing knife precision hit. - need to aim it - need to account for the drop it has - need to account for the travel time - need to account for getting shot in the mean time because that will move were you're looking All of this needs to be thought about while your in the middle of a battle. Theoretically the TTK of top tier guns is around 0.9 seconds so you have that much time if you want to trade. If you want to live and get the kill it has to be under 0.9 seconds that you calculate all that in your head. If it hits you cross map first of all that probably means the gunslinger got lucky. Secondly you can see it, you have time to dodge it.
