Sunsinger Rework

I know. I know. Yet another post on fixing Sunsingers. I'm not as concerned with fixing as much as I am reworking this to be a support class. Radiance: fill yourself with solar light, dramatically reducing the cooldown of your and nearby ally grenades. (Note: Cooldown reduction for allies would not be as fast as your own so as not to interfere with orb production). Node one: radiance instead dramatically reduces the cooldown of your and nearby ally melee ability. (Since melee abilities aren't as strong as grenades, cooldown reduction for allies should be about the same). Node two: radiant skin. Reduces damage to you and allies affected by radiance. Node three: increase the damage of each subsequent grenade thrown by allies affected by radiance. (Note: This can be a small percentage so it's helpful but not overpowered - also note that it doesn't increase your own grenade damage) Visual effect: allies can see the area of effect for radiance so they know where to gather. Visual effect should start to taper off when radiance is close to ending. Solar Wind: restore this to a working and reliable knockback. (Note: Currently it is nerfed and bugged. Environmental kills are all over Overwatch and no one complains. Shoulder charge is okay but knocking someone off a map is not? We want fun, too.) Scorch and Ignite: ignite should apply to all enemies hit in the palm strike. (Note: Not exactly a "powerful" melee attack otherwise. Titan sunspot is better.) Viking Funeral: change to a flat percentage that does not stack. This way radiance can do it's job without being overpowered. Angel of Light: increased sprint and glide speed. Gift of the Sun: enemies felled by your allies affected by radiance have a chance to generate an additional orb.
