Personally I run 11 tiers on all builds just because I have the perks I want on all gear. But it makes me cringe seeing people with 8 or 9 tiers and like 400 intellect

Right? That's the only thing that bugs me. Even if someone is only T10, that's fine and dandy, as long as they have it optimized so they're not wasting the points they do have available.
