Siva offerings/Archon's Forge bugged since update?
Sometimes Siva offerings won't work even though they're in your inventory. Other times you'll activate them and nothing will happen and they will delete from your inventory.

I think this update (2.4.1) for Archons Forge, only changes the light level rewards and nothing else. I seen this happen before this update. A bug with false event showing up everytime, and someone unable to use offering, I ran into this before. I think this bug may be started from the following: some player lagging, 2 or more use offering, and one or more player leaving the area, mostly 2 of theses or all 3 of these at the same time. The worst part is, it stays bugged out with a specific offering cannot be used, until your whole fireteam leaves the area and find a new Archons Forge instance, hoping that if players are in there already, this one isn't bugged out.
