here is an other idea that might not be the best but at least worth mentioning: when FoL starts everyone gets a class specific helmet at 340 (regular legendary helmet, nothing special) but it looks like a white paper mask. Now to make it look like your favorite character (or engram, etc.), you have to put in ornaments. That way you'd have one mask with every mask ornament slot and you had to get the ornaments from the FoL. (this would allow to carry more than a couple masks with you without blocking your helmet inventory)
