Problem with drops? Bungie please read
I have a 391 Titan. I've been grinding Archons Forge and decoding exotic engrams (post patch) and nothing is dropping/decoding higher than 391.4 artifacts from AF at 391. Is this a known issue? I have gotten 3 391 ghosts 4 391 class items and 2 exotics have decoded to 391. Help?
