Exotic class item quest no giving progression
Got the shader emblem and cloak but its not giving any progress towards my quest

2 RepliesHey there, Some of the Year 3 (Rise of Iron) Faction class items are not properly registering for the Exotic Faction class item quests. Bungie is aware of this issue and actively investigating for a fix. Do you happen to have any Year 2 Dead Orbit class items or a Dead Orbit Spektar variant class item? The Year 2 and Spektar class items are not affected by this issue. If you do not have any, you can still possibly receive a Spektar class item from ranking up and opening a [b]Chroma[/b] Armor package for the given Faction. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. This happened also. the problem is you're probably using the ROI vendor class item, the quest doesn't work with them. what you have to do is open faction packages and hope that you get a cloak that isnt endling

1 ReplyThe problem lies with your Y3 ROI class item. This is known issue with the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/213318340/0/0]2.4.0 ROI update[/url] that standard Year 3 class items might not count for exotic quest line progression. You should equip either a year 2 class item if you have one or obtain a Y3 Spektar class item from a Chroma Armor package for progress to count.
