400 light???
i went yesterday in the archon forge and got 2 artifact drops and both of them were only 384. after that i opened 3 faction packages and again got only 384 gear and weapons wrom them. i am at 385 light. so i think there is a bug again in the game and i cant get higher gear from eather of the places.

It is total RNG and you have a chance at getting higher light items but you have equally a chance of getting similar light items Edit - now that I look at your character, your troll attempt is pitiful.
