Warlocks - mobility
Bungie please give warlocks a mobility exotic, (relating to shadestep and twilight). Warlocks are the slowest of the three and it's really annoying having titans skating around the map, dashing with twilight and hunters rolling out of every thing. Like I'll even be happy with a simple slide in any direction.

Just change transverse steps crouching perk to allow us to "back peddle" much much faster. The goal is to backtrack to avoid shotgun sliders. And maybe allow focused burst to work up to 3 times and not just on initial activation.

1 ReplyNo, I don't think they should mess with it. I main a Warlock and I personally like how they move and how their speed/etc is. Why would a Warlock (who is more of a long range/backbone character) have a high agility/speed? I can see where there would be complaints, sometimes I understand, but I think they should leave it alone.

Fine. Warlocks get an evade exotic, but in return, their melee is crippled down to the same range as the other classes. Now that's balanced. That should happen either way, come to think of it...

9 RepliesI just think that bungie should admit that Titans are the fastest class and give them appropriately low armor and recovery stats. I mean, you put two bursts of pulse rifle into a Titan, then they immediately skate across the map, recover health, then skate back to you and shotgun you. Make them crouch behind a rock for several seconds, just like a hunter, especially since skating is a more effective mobility skill than even blink.

I'm a warlock, my grenades are the best in the game, 2 out of my 3 supers are the best, my gauntlet are easily the best in the game, and my melee range can out kill all shot guns in the game. That is not enough and now I need to have mobility. Thanks again. Ps. Can you please give me bubble, blade dancer, night stalker, and hammers. Void hammers. It needs to be different

I guess I find it weird warlocks have the worst jump and no evasive manuvers like shadestep or airevade This is because Blink was meant to be strong but bungie said -blam!- it and nerfed it to hell so now warlocks are just screwed there

Warlocks are actually pretty mobile,just requires some effort with the jumping.Also helps having bumper jumper on

They also nerfed Warlocks movement and jumping with RoI and have yet to fix it properly. They did it to facilitate the raid mechanic. Which is moronic.

Like I've said every time, WARLOCKS DON'T NEED AN EVADE. We have enough tools in our kit to allow us to deal with TG and shadestep. Our jump abilities as they are, are really quite good. If anything it would be better if they fixed Warlock jumps so the "decent into hell" jumps happen less often (The jumps where no matter what you do or where you look, hell reaches up and drags you down into the abyss (you jump and you go down rather than up)). Seriously, we don't need an evade. We have a big enough toolkit (minus sunsinger but who cares about that anymore)

They just need to fix Astrocyte Verse and everything will be fine. Everyone knows if you want warlock mobility, you go with a max agility Voidwalker, Blink, and Jolder's Joy. Throw a Mida Multi-tool, a void sword, and void agility boots in there while you're at it and you're in business.
