I understand the aim assist nerfs, but why have you nerfed damage and increased flinch?
The flinch is honestly too strong, being stunned by a high RoF lowest impact auto halfway across a map isn't fair.
Snipers cannot be used as snipers anymore, you need a half a second reaction time otherwise you're just not getting a kill.
You could've nerfed one and not the other, by why the hell did you nerf aim assist and increase flinch? Snipers are becoming a lot rarer in crucible, replaced by shotguns and the odd fusion.
You don't have to nerf everything, just reduce the flinch, please.

7 RepliesAre you asking just to ask or did you not really ready the update? Flinch was increased because it was too easy to be accurate while under fire. Damage was reduced ONLY to 1 archetype so that 1shotting a super is limited to the highest impact snipers. In speaking specifically to the flinch increase is has done 2 primary things. - It has raised the Risk/reward to a more balanced place. Sniping had very little risk before because you could just stand there under fire and get accurate shots off - It had widened the skill gap. Skilled snipers are still skilled and so well. The mediocre snipers who were relying on the poor flinch to make them look good are now having trouble and have to get better at sniping. Which category do you think you fall into? Sniping is meant to be long range suppression. Not a run and gun out in the open activity. It's not in a much better place gameplay wise then it's ever been.
