Bloom solution.

Bloom is a system used by the game to determine accuracy instead of the players accuracy determining where bullets land. Bloom was put in place to make sure players couldn't reliably three tap from great ranges. However with the way range works on HCs, any low range HC is completely useless and unreliable (excluding TLW because due to the fire rate crits are less important). HCs like the Revelator are never used simply because even in their effective range bloom causes the bullets to go astray from the aimed location. The solution. Make HCs require more player accuracy rather than luck with an in game accuracy system. HCs with bloom is like rolling dice on bullet registration. Lower ever HCs damage down one archetype so they require one more critical hit (excluding the first curse archetype because as it stands there's no reason to run them because Eyasluna archetype does their job but better). Revelator would require 3 crits, Luna would require two, first curse would require one. By doing so the accuracy of every bullet is determined by the player but the player will also have to be far more accurate making 3 taps from far away a very rare scenario. Also lowering aim assist on HCs could be a good idea to make players have to be within range to reliably hit crits. Bloom right now is killing all but a few HCs for serious play. This fix would make every HC archetype become viable, rather than the one we have now, and would solve the bloom issue that a large portion of the community is complaining about. This would also require more gunskill and patience to use them accurately, rather than rifled and RF being the largest determining factor of accuracy at all ranges.
