I received the siva engine on my titan but didn't get the quest
Did full raid twice back to back days. Yesterday before reset and today after reset and haven't received the quest for the exotic primary that goes with the siva engine. Why haven't I received quest but both times everyone else that didn't have quest or siva engine got it?
