Can't join team on the same network
Ever since ROI, my sons and are having trouble joining each other's fire team. It sometimes lets you but very rarely does it happen. I've tried all the solutions i've found on the web but none have worked permanently. there was one post that said Bungie was aware of this issue but obviously it hasn't been fixed. Does anyone know of a permanent fix for this or if Bungie has one coming soon? I've tried changing DNS, dynamic to static IP, rebooting consoles, having one on WIFI and the other on the LAN.
I don't have any issues joining on other games like overwatch.

3 RepliesTry renaming each Console. My son and I were experiencing the same issue. His Xbox was Named Connor and mine was named Snake. I changed mine to SnakeXboxOne, and now we can play together with 0 issues. I hope this helps.
