Same error to me, it is driving me crazy too, as I tried everything posted about Oyster.
Someone can help us?

I tried everything too, even reseting de xbox one 3 times, reinstall Destiny 3 times and nothing changed, I bought an external HD and I went to a friend's house and I ask if he could copy Destiny, but when a got home the oyster error shows up again! Now I'll talk with my internet provider to try to solve this problem. At least I know I'm not the only one with this error.
