There can be multiple causes [b]A) Only the purchasing account gets the spark this time[/b] If a sibling / parent / spouse / etc. bought the game with their account but you share the console, you don't get the spark this time. A lot more people were unaware of this than I expected. [b]B) It's easy to "lose" the spark[/b] It appears in one of the post office boxes of one of your characters. If you left it there, then allllll of those nearly worthless blue engrams that RoI is dropping will "push it out" of the post office. PO always worked this way, new loot (even worthless loot) will push out old loot (even awesome loot). [b]C) It's easy to "delete" the spark by deleting a character[/b] It appears in one of the post office boxes of one of your characters. If you deleted a character to "start over" then you might have deleted the spark [b]D) Maybe you got screwed over[/b] Some people claim that they're not covered by A or B or C. So I don't know what the cause is.

  • Oh dear. Every option doesn't sound favourable haha. I do play it on a USA acc whilst the game is an Asia region (R3) but I never had any issue with the Spark from TTK back then. And didn't delete a character after ROI commenced. Only early on in TTK campaign. Could possibly be the post office pushing it out or I just got screwed! Darn. Anyway thanks very much for the feedback on the possibilities. Appreciate it!
