Hi, I've reposted this one due to the deafening silence from you Bungie on this topic that clearly has impacted many loyal guardians. Even a general acknowledgement that you are working on this problem and an expected date for it to be fixed by would be a good start. Please do not try the "I must talk to the retailer line..." since Amazon UK have so far refused to do anything and instead they blame YOU Bungie. I've been in contact with Amazon UK and I've included the email response below. Basically they are blaming you and the sales agreement that they did not include the Iron Gjallarwing Sparrow bonus code in my order. They have refused to provide it after the fact. This is despite your own clear announcements that all pre-orders would get both the Iron Gjallarhorn and Iron Gjallarwing Sparrow. I pre-ordered my copy of Rise of Iron on the 13th July 2016 and you announced via the regular weekly news update on the 21st July 2016 that all existing pre-orders would also get both the Iron Gjallarhorn and Iron Gjallarwing Sparrow. As Amazon are blaming yourselves and have refused to do anything about not providing what you Bungie clearly told all of us that we would get it is over to you.
