Moments of triumph tshirt code not available

I am trying to purchase my shirt it is October 4th but it says my year 2 triumph offer has expired I cannot access the code no matter what I do

    • So I'm guessing at this point bungie doesn't care about this issue it's been multiple days with multiple posts I have sent multiple tweets sent the store multiple emails and nothing....this is a shame I have been a loyal fan since the original halo and started destiny at the beta and yet cannot get a single comment on this issue. Bungie you guys messed up, you shut the t-shirts down earlier than was said and we deserve a comment on this issue!

    • I emailed customer support and they gave me a replacement code that only is valid until midnight today. So I suggest emailing them.

      • I am having the same issue. Every Bungie website/link states that you have until 11:59 [b]PDT[/b] to redeem your code and order. It is currently 1:19 EST, or 10:19 [b]PDT[/b], yet, any attempt to retrieve my code fails. It is nowhere to be found on my app or bungie.net profile, and viewing on a mobile device, tablet, pc, and mac have all proven unsuccessful. I am operating within the time frame that Bungie has laid out for this offer, and I expect to be allowed to complete my transaction (especially one that benefits the Bungie Foundation [i.e. a charity]). I hope Bungie realizes that a mistake has been made somewhere along the lines and extends the window and/or finds the glitch in the system.

        • I shot them a tweet to see if they would respond to that...this seems a little ridiculous...at least a "we are working to resolve the problem" or something. Radio silence is very unprofessional.

                I've got my code but when you try and buy from the website, The code to input is completely gone from the checkout section, looks like it is to late unless someone from Bungie would like to update on the issue.

                  Same issue, had it queued up to buy yesterday, but didn't have enough time to punch in the payment details. Came back tonight expecting everything to be available as it's clearly within the deadline... but instead it's "expired." The profile page even says "Offer ends: October 5, 2016" which conflicts with the FAQ. Really hoping they acknowledge the issue, extend the deadline and reissue codes for those of us who thought ordering would be possible up to the stated end time.

                    • having the same issue here! Almost completely forgot and I'm on vacation and trying to do this last minute! I doubt ill see a resolve tonight, but please Deej/Cozmo let us order these after still about 1.5 hrs before midnight PDT, just hope i can order when i get back in a few days

As clearly stated on Bungie's Year Two Moments of Triumph Self Help page: "While players have until September 20th, 2016 to complete their Year Two Moments of Triumph Record Book, players who have completed their Record Book have until 11:59 PM PDT on October 4th, 2016 to place their T-shirt order at the Bungie Store." I'm extremely disappointed that I can't even make the purchase in the designated time window we should still have available as they stated. It'd be nice if they'd give us extra time due to this issue upon fixing it.

                    • Same problem here. Haven't used my code. Says it's expired. And the link that says "Where did it go?" just takes me to a generic FAQ. I've combed through it, but there's no answer in there. All I can think of is that the website thinks I'm a Last Gen player (they had a deadline to retrieve their codes). But I've never played Destiny on Last Gen.
