I don't know about anyone else, but the Bungie Store has gone completely silent ever since they took my money. I have been asking for some time now for an update on an order but nothing has been acknowledged.
Any help on this would be appreciated!

I've been screwed over too many times. My experience, is it's either [b]A) The company thought "how hard can it be" and did it themselves[/b] And they were ill-equipped for warehouse maintenance / shipping / etc. Things get screwed up, their support gets back-logged, etc. [b]B) The company thought "how hard can it be" and hire the [u]cheapest[/u] 3rd party possible[/b] The 3rd party is practically fly-by-night and do a horrible job with things. Lastly, some months back some jerks were saying to spam the store support email with GAME support issues. If that took off then it's possible the mailbox got full / screwy.

I emailed and used their form on a few occasions over a week ago regarding an order that was placed at the start of August shipped over a month ago. No response.
